  • What is coaching?
Coaching is goal and action oriented, hands-on and supports you to reach specific goals and to overcome specific blockages orissues. Coaching is short-term with an average of 1 to 10 sessions. Key themes are increasing self-awareness, self-efficacy and psychological resilience as well as grounding in a more balanced approach to life. If you seek deeper healing, therapy is your call.
  • Wat is therapy?
Therapy is process oriented and is characterized by deeper psychological exploratory work. Therapy sustains deeper and profound healing focusing on the relief from, and growth in, psychological symptoms, mental distress and physical/somatic symptoms. It helps you deepen your insight into the ‘Why’ of your doings and being, including: cognitive or behavioural patterns, relationality, uprooting dysfunctional beliefs and coming to post-traumatic growth.
  • What is integrative therapy?
Integrative therapy harnasses multiple approaches and therapeutic interventions. This allows us to explore what works best for you. The therapeutic approaches range from active and experiential exercises to in-depth talk therapy. Each collaborative and functional.
  • What are your credentials as a therapist?
I am RINO certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (a form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)). Additionally, I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist in training at Metanoia Institute in London (Y2020-2025) signed off for private practice and a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy. Previously, I have accrued extensive experience working with eating disorders, addiction and dual diagnostic treatments. My work is influenced by my study of, and personal passion for, Eastern wisdom, including mindfulness practices and Buddhist psychology.
  • How do I know if coaching or therapy is suitable?
Are you looking to achieve specific outcomes (coaching) or explore the overall process and depth of your life (therapy)?
  • Does there have to be something 'wrong'?
No. Mental health is not optional. It is not only about regaining a mental balance, but also about maintaining one. Coaching and therapy sustain you in your journey and have the potential to gift you with emotional relief, grounding, insight and increased self-awareness enabling you to live a happier and healthier life.
  • What is your approach?
Holistic and humanistic. Empowering and choice-based. I approach the coaching and therapeutic relationship as an active, committed collaboration marked by co-creation, mutual respect and responsibility. Too, I am interested in meeting you as-you-are (driving you to bring, be and become your most authentic self). Trust, empathy and honesty are key in the process.
  • How does our initial contact take place?
Email me at and we will take it from there. Your first session will be a co-exploration as to whether I am the right coach or therapist for you. I support you to ask questions and to voice any doubts, discomfort and expectations you may wish to bring.
  • How many sessions do I need?
This depends on your specific goals and needs. I generally work on an open-ended basis allowing the process to flow, adjust and re-adjust to changing and fulfilled needs and prospects. Generally, a coaching process ranges anywhere between 1 and 8 sessions, therapy usually lasts anywhere between 6 months and several years.
  • Where are you located?
In-person sessions are available in Brixton (SW2 1AP), Herne Hill (SE24 9DL), and Clapham (SW4 9JX). Rooms are spacious, light, and fully equipped for therapy. Online sessions remain available via Zoom.
  • How long is a session?
    50 minutes
  • How much do you charge per session?
Fees will be discussed prior to your first session.
  • I am curious, how do I reach you?
