There are various reasons to seek counselling. Each highly personal and, at the same time, shared with and recognisable among a lot of people. You may not want to burden or confide in people in your regular circles. You may lack someone intimate to talk to all together. Perhaps you have been disappointed by mental labelling, waiting lists and the counselling on offer in the traditional healthcare system (GGZ, NHS). Or, perhaps, you just seek some 1:1 sparring among equals with someone with in-depth psychological knowledge in your personal healing journey - home.
Whatever propels you towards my safe space to talk, to grow, to heal, or to just be: you are welcome and I look forward to meeting you in person. Wherever you are - both mentally and physically. Online sessions and calls are available from the comfort of your own home and any other safe space of your choice.
My therapeutic setting is 1:1, confidential, safe, open, allowing and characterised by deep listening. My therapy allows you to voice your inner struggles, feelings and emotions in a safe and open space, and helps you to work through them in your own time and pace. In the flux and flow of everyday life we may forget to really, deeply invest in ourselves - as well as others - beyond 'survival and coping'-mode, 'getting by'. Even flat out struggling perhaps. Therapy allows you the pause and space to peer beyond our habitual doings and thought patterns. To make space for our 'shadows' and learn & grow from the wisdom innate in them (freeing the inner conflict).
